When we tune into the frequencies of life and the vibrations of the universe, healing awareness becomes more poignant. There is a poetry and music that transcends the material.
The heart is appreciated as the throne of consciousness - the seat of the soul’s emotions. In the tree of life, the heart is at the center of Beauty and Harmony. We are offered a sacred balance —::> a balance between discipline, constraints, disciplined judgment - and - expansive open heart and loving kindness. It is a constant flow that demands mindful self-awareness and self-love.
At a physical level - the heart balances oxygenation and metabolic demands - these become potent issues that must be reckoned with in our journey to achieve kidney success.
CKD becomes disturbed harmony.
We think about The Waters of Life as the precious flow medium for sustaining the sanctity of our health.
This disturbed harmony in CKD results in stagnation and toxicity in these precious waters. And the heart strains to keep this life flow pure. Under duress the mind body spirit still perpetuates the sanctity of protecting life. Our basic instincts are To Protect.
So it is said that The Kidney Counsels the Heart —::> in a metaphysical poetic way of perceiving life - the heart gets “confused” and becomes “strained” and there’s emotional heaviness that arises along with an evolving physicality that is not optimal.
Now let’s think of The Blood as the vital soul - it is the soul of the flesh. In CKD, water and toxins will accumulate - and this clouds this vital soul. Ultimately decline challenges balance - our intent to whomp up the frequencies of healing with our beliefs and practices can shift the whole picture.
Purification!
Is a constant awareness of the tropism to optimal kidney success - it is wired into us as innate healing.
We have so many biological mechanisms to purify the blood so that we can return to, realign with, and cleanse these precious inner rivers of life. This is a divine design - and we can meet this with our humble and earnest practices of amplifying our inner purity - as in —::> the soul, spirit, and mind profoundly influence the body. As above so below.
All you have to do is learn about how excessive sympathetic nervous system output influences heart and kidney and then causes havoc that can manifest in measurable disorder and deregulation of vital chemistry.
CARDIORENAL is the term we use to portray this obligatory understanding of how intimately these two organs work together as a unified One.

The heart grieves for the purity lost when kidney cannot cleanse and purify the blood. The heart is burdened by what the kidney fails to release.
Sadly the heart cannot hold on to what must be let go of.
This mirrors the known emotional havoc that presents itself to those with chronic kidney decline.
Many patients are met with a lack of empathy - professionals who fail to understand the nature of this grief - the grief that recognizes there is a loss of function and then toxin overload will suppress the flow and glow of life force. We must recognize it ourselves so we can thrive despite the slow awareness by those trying to help.
Restore Flow
The sacred waters of life must flow. We can freely embrace prayer, compassion [especially for self and yes also for others], empathy, gratitude, forgiveness, love, the belief to embrace our own healing. We move our bodies into sacred space with breath practices, with yoga and dance and qi gung - to vibrate and resonate and flow our energies into a healing harmony.
The heart-kidney relationship is one of giving and receiving, of discernment - what to keep what to release - with this compassionate belief in healing and with willingness and acceptance and surrender. Choosing well with self loving discipline. Asking the Divine for help and recognizing help when it arrives.

LOVE IS KIDNEY SUCCESS
Sit a moment and take a deep in-breath and feel the energy coming from your grounded feet through your belly button and up the spine into the head and crown. Hold that breath and feel the molecules of oxygen rain down upon the Being of You. Now exhale slowly slowly slowly through pressed lips and throat and feel that exhale return from head to heart to belly button to feet.
Repeat this often. It triggers the vagus nerve to balance that symptomatic fright and flight tendency caused by CKD. Do it when stressed. Do it when waiting in line. Do it as you fall asleep. Gently feeling how the breath allows toxins to be released.
Love matters. I believe we are born wrapped in divine love. Life can sometimes attempt to extinguish that love. Whether it’s the harassment of others or the resulting self loathing that harms us - the strategies to achieve self love are critical tools for kidney success. Daily practice.
This does not mean indulgence or arrogance.
We must learn to discern just like our kidney must discern what is acceptable and what is to be rejected.
And in this process we discover and heal the mystical heart - and when we tune in to the counsel of kidney —::> the world can shine.
